Great experience! First time using this company. Sebastian was very professional and respectful of our property. Price was great, also! He cleaned our ducts and dryer vent, showing us before and after pictures. What a difference! It had been years since either were cleaned. We’re fortunate the dryer didn’t start a fire. Had my air ducts cleaned by Sebastian after we did some remodeling in the home last year. I can easily tell a difference in air quality and no longer have anywhere near the same dust in the house as we did before. It's only been a week and I am noticing much better breathing and no random sneezes like before. He also cleaned out the vent from our dryer, and we have definitely seen a large difference in drying times, probably saving us money in electricity. Overall great service and value for the price, and I highly recommend these great guys!

I recently had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned for the first time since my 4,000 sq. ft. home was built in 2000. Our family had been dealing with severe allergies due to the excessive allergens trapped in our ductwork, and our dryer was struggling to dry clothes efficiently. Thankfully, Sebastian and his team of experts from Vivid Air came to the rescue. Despite the size of our home, they completed the job in a timely and professional manner. After a thorough cleaning of all our ducts and vents, my wife and kids are experiencing fewer allergy symptoms, more energy from restful sleep, and we all appreciated the fresh scent of the antibacterial treatment they used. Sebastian initially came over for dryer and AC and heating ducts cleaning and we later scheduled a further appointment to remove mold out of my attic area. He and his assistant showed up at the scheduled date and time and did a full cleaning and removal of mold and mildew growing in my attic - they then did an attic abatement of mold spores and performed a fogging of all surfaces. Sebastian was professional and polite and patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Vivid Air to everyone.

I saw their ad on FB and took advantage of a sale they have going on. They send a reminder the night before and morning of, which is extremely useful for people like me. I had to reschedule last minute, and they were great about it. I received a text when the technician (Sebastian) was on the way. He was professional and even put up my new air filters I had too. Very kind and professional service. I ended up needing some mold remediation on the unit and they were able to add that on and get it done right away. Anyways, it’s a good price and quick service. I highly recommend them. Also! I didn’t have to move around a bunch of furniture or anything. So I was super happy about that too.

We had black mold and dust in our air ducts. Sebastian and co-worker came out to clean the duct, sanitize, remove the black mold, and installed UVC lights to prevent any bacteria or mold growth in the future. They did a fantastic job. We haven't had our ducts cleaned since moving in 20 years ago and needed them cleaned quickly due to a medical condition recently diagnosed. Sebastian scheduled us promptly, they showed up on time and were quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. We also had an unexpected discovery of mold growing in the unit. He gave us an estimate and allowed us to determine what we wanted to do. Knowing black mold is bad and trusting the estimate was fair, they again took care of eradicating the mold and placing a mold inhibitor to keep it from growing back. My husband and I could immediately tell the difference in the air quality and air flow. Highly recommend this company! Will definitely use them again.
